Just Yell Fire is about 45 minutes long and is for girls 11 to 19 years of age.

It covers ten self defense techniques for girls.

Actually they can work for anybody, not just girls.

The instructional video was inspired by a series of events.

Dallas Jessup who was thirteen years old saw a security video on the news of an eleven year old girl being abducted.

The girl was grabbed by the arm and abducted by a much larger man.

Later the girl was raped and murdered.

Since Dallas had just received her black belt, she then teamed up with a street-fighting coach who teaches military personnel.

She wrote a script. Created a girl self defense video which included some celebrity appearances by two cast members of LOST.

Just Yell Fire was founded and distributed the video free via downloads online and if a girl does not have access to internet they will provide a DVD version for free.

Now over 325,000 free DVD's have been distributed on top of the free internet downloads!

Just Yell Fire is a non-profit company and from what I can tell funds their operations through donations and teaching train the trainer classes.

I have to applaud this organization.
