My Favourite Self Defense Videos That Are Free OnlineI just wanted to share with everyone some of my favourite online videos. Check back frequently as I'll keep adding on fresh videos on the top so that you can scroll down to view past videos. So here's my first absolute favourite online self defense video. You will have to understand that I value a good sense of humour, especially on serious subjects! So here you go......Dennis Penis as a self defense instructor! (If you have young kids in the room there are a number of "F-Bombs" dropped throughout the video!) I love the part where he says "I want to see some windmilling in and if you got some keys on you, stick them in your hand and make them count!" (It's too funny because it is so true!) And if you haven't already seen the Jim Carey self defense instructor video on one of my other pages here it is too! I love watching the next video and can watch these guys all day long! Their energy is phenomenal! If I ever visit the UK I'd love to watch the Royal Marine Commandos doing a live demonstration.
